Driven by South Australia’s amazing seasonal produce, we work together with our passionate suppliers and producers to create our wonderful pastries that are all lovingly hand made in house and freshly baked every day. We do our best to ensure our quality flows throughout the shop, not just the pastry. We use Elementary Coffee Roaster’s Young St Blend as our house blend coffee beans which we believe pairs really well with our range of food items, they roast their coffee right here in the heart of Adelaide CBD - can’t get more local than that! AND We sure haven’t forgotten about our Vegan and Gluten Free friends! Be sure to keep an eye out for our dietary friendly items in our display cabinet :)

Aside from the pastries and coffee, the quality of our customer service is also as important. We strive to always be as helpful and accommodating as we can with everyone who walk through our door and since our space is family friendly and dog friendly, we sure have treats for everyone!
